Making Our Horror Poster

In this image above, you can see the 3 different posters that we created, the first image was just a starting point for us, as we didn't really plan the whole poster out properly so we were just messing with a few ideas and images to generate a solid idea for our poster. We finally got somewhere with our 2nd image, as we finished the first draft [which took several hours after school and several hours into the early hours of the morning] we still felt like the poster was incomplete and didn't seem 'horror-esque' enough, so we changed the background to a more darker/cloud effect and edited the villains eyes inside the clouds to convey that he's watching our 'final girls' every move no matter where she goes, therefore relating back to our trailer which is about 'stalkers'. I then photoshopped our 'final girls' picture into the piece of paper that the villains holding. This image is the picture that our villain burns in our trailer, and you may not be able to see it clearly but our final girl is also wearing the 'key-heart' chain which is a very significant symbol in our trailer therefore linking our poster to our trailer.
